Returns

All returns must be agreed with the sales office prior to sending them back to us and sent with a valid ‘goods returned note’. On receipt of the goods we will either offer an exchange or a full product refund subject to the goods arriving with their original packaging and in the same condition as they were sent out. You can return you items within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on certain items such as cut to length hose, hoses assemblies, gas hoses and speciality or custom made ordered items. If these items have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team.

To return your item(s) to us,

  • please contact our Customer Services Team for an authorised returns number and to discuss the best method of returning your order, by collection or postal return
  • if your order is being collected, please package your return in secure and suitable packaging and add the returns number to the outside of the parcel
  • if returning your order by post, please send to the address provided by the Customer Services Team using a recorded delivery service, also adding the returns number to the outside of the parcel
  • from date of return (collection/post), we should receive and process your order in 7 working days
  • please retain a proof of collection/posting receipt until your refund has been processed. Should 7 working days lapse, please contact our Customer Services Team with details of your return and the date sent and we will raise an investigation*
  • all postal return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we will be unable to offer a reimbursement of any fees
  • once we receive and accept your return, a refund for the products received will be processed back to the original method of payment
  • reimbursement for any original carriage costs will not be reimbursed as this service has been fulfilled
  • refunds can take 3 to 5 banking days to show on your account, depending on your card issuer and their processing times

We have the right to refuse your return if your order did not arrive damaged or faulty and has been returned to us in a condition not as new or parts have been assembled by the customer and are no longer required or damaged by improper installation. We will contact you to discuss returning the order back to you and arrange any return postage costs.

*If your return takes longer than 7 working days, please contact our Customer Services Team with details of your return and the date sent. We may request to see a copy of the posting receipt. We have the right to raise an investigation with Royal Mail or the return courier company, who can deliver parcels up to 15 days after posting. After this time, we will declare your parcel as missing and contact you to discuss your return.

All our products offer a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. Within this time should any faults occur, please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss further. The warranty of any replacement products will be valid under the original terms and date of the original product purchase.

The warranty will be invalid if testing shows a fault has occurred as a result of negligence, if the item has been incorrectly used or installed, tampered with, or altered in any way.

This warranty applies to UK mainland and Channel Islands only. Any claims made under the terms of the warranty must be supported by the original invoice or bill of sale issued at the time of purchase.
