How long will it take to get my order?
We will aim to ship all items on a next day delivery service when ordered by 3pm, Monday to Friday. After this time and over weekends and bank holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day.

I have ordered a made to measure and assembly item, how long will this take?
Made to measure or assembly items take 1 – 3 days to manufacture. They will then be shipped on a next day delivery service.
Will I be charged any extra for larger items?
Heavy items such as swagers and long length items such as steel tube will incur additional carriage charges. This will be outlined during checkout.

How do I request a return?
If any of the items you have ordered aren’t suitable, please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss and arrange a return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and confirm the best method of retuning the order back to us.
Can I request an exchange?
Yes, if you have ordered the wrong size or part, we can exchange this for you. Please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss a return and how the exchange will be undertaken.
How long will it take for my return to arrive with you?
From date of collection or posting, returns should arrive back with us in 7 working days. Once received we will process your return as discussed.
How long will it take for my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 – 5 banking days. This is the time for your card issuer to process the refund back to your account and is out of our control.
My item has arrived damaged/faulty, what can I do?
We apologise if any items arrive with you in less than perfect condition. If any of your items have arrived damaged/faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss a resolution. We may ask to see photos of the damage/fault for our records and to raise any internal investigations. We will arrange a suitable return method and replacement or refund for the damaged goods.
Are there any items I cannot return?
We are unable to accept returns on custom items such as cut to length hoses and hose assemblies. Some gas hoses cannot be returned for contamination and safety reasons. There are some non-catalogue items available to buy on our website, but these will be non-returnable as they are not stocked directly. All exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page, but if you are unsure, please contact our Customer Services Team before completing your order.
How do I place an order?
Shop our website by browsing the product menus and categories, or by using the search bar to look for product names or part codes. When you have found your item(s), add your desired quantities to the basket to build your order. When you have added all products to your basket, you can proceed to checkout, where you will be asked to login into your existing account or adding your details to create a new account. Follow the checkout pages, adding your delivery address, billing address and payment information. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation by email.
Can I see the prices including VAT?
Yes, you can view the prices on our website including or excluding VAT. You will be provided this option when you first view our webstore and can change your preference at any time by switching the button on the top left of the website.
What methods of payment can I use?
You can complete your order using all major Visa and Mastercard payment cards, or with your PayPal account. If you are a business and have a trade account, you can opt to use this account to complete your purchase. Please select your desired method of payment on the payment page during checkout.
I want to order an item from the catalogue
If you have our catalogue and would like to order an item, please search for the product name, or part code using the search bar at the top of the website. One the product page, add your desired quantities to the basket to build your order. Then proceed to your basket and checkout to complete your order.
Do you offer different product sizes/lengths?
Yes, a lot of our parts come in different sizes, diameters, and lengths. You can browse the product menus and categories, or by using the search bar to look for product names or part codes to find your item(s). On each individual product page, you can see and add different sizes to the basket. If you are unsure on the size you need, more details can be found in the product listing details and or under view more information.
Can I have a hose cut to length?
Yes, you can order custom hose lengths. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss your requirements. Please note that custom hoses are a non-returnable item as they are bespoke.
Can I have a part assembled?
Yes, you can order a full hose assembly with fittings. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss your requirements so we can recommend the best hose assembly for you. Please note that assembly hoses are a non-returnable item as they are bespoke.
How do I find out more details on a product?
If you want to find out more information on a part or product, next to the product details is the option to view more information, where you can access the product data sheet. This will provide you with specific item measurements and technical specifications.
How do I create an account?

If you are having difficulty logging in or have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email be sent to you by entering your email address here.
How do I update an address on my account?
If you need to update your address or add a secondary address to your account, please log in on the My Account page, and follow the links on your account to your address book. Here you can amend an existing address or add up to 5 different addresses.
What is a trade credit account?
A trade credit account is for businesses or individuals who wish to complete their purchases using an approved credit with us. Credit checks will be undertaken and once approved a credit limit will be set and can be used each month. You have 30 days to pay your credit expenses.
How do I apply for a trade credit account?
You can apply online for a trade credit account using the Create an Account page and completing the online form to credit an account and requesting a credit limit. Please note this may not be the limit that is approved upon credit checks. Once we have completed our credit check, we will be in touch with you to confirm your credit agreement.
